I work on a contingent fee basis.

A contingent fee basis allows you access to the civil justice system without having to pay up front hourly fees. This ensures that I will look out for your best interests, because if I lose, I will not receive a fee for my services.

In most cases, I will also advance costs on your behalf, which is money paid to obtain copies of your medical records, reports, and other miscellaneous expenses.
