Workers' Compensation

I work on a contingent fee basis.

A contingent fee basis permits you to pursue your rights under Pennsylvania’s Workers’ Compensation Law without having to pay up front hourly fees.

This ensures that I will look out for your best interests, because if I lose, I will not receive a fee for my services. In most cases, I will also advance costs on your behalf, which is money paid to obtain copies of your medical records, reports, and other miscellaneous expenses.

I have represented clients in the following claims:

· Claim and Review Petitions – Petitions to compel your employer’s workers’ compensation insurer to pay benefits legally due to you
· Termination Petitions – Petitions defending you when your employer’s workers’ compensation insurer attempts to stop your wages and medical benefits
· Suspension/Modification Petitions – Petitions defending you when your employer’s worker’s compensation insurer attempts to reduce or stop your wages and benefits
· Specific Losses Petition – Petitions to get you a lump sum of money for scars, disfigurements, amputations or hearing/vision loss
